Education and Personal Information

Educated at the University of Miami, BBA 1966, MBA 1976, majoring in Finance with a minor in Accounting.

Mr. Easton is married and has five children and four grandchildren. He is a member of Epiphany Catholic Church and is an avid tennis player, golfer and jogger.

Professional

Chairman of The Easton Group, a real estate brokerage, management and development firm located in Miami, Florida since 1974. As Chairman of the Easton Group, Mr. Easton oversees a company managing, leasing or owning over 2.5 million square feet of commercial real estate in South Florida. Additionally, they represent a 200+ member investor pool managing a
$150,000,000 real estate portfolio.

Currently, The Easton Group is developing International Corporate Park, a 300 acre premiere master-planned business park in the Airport West area of Dade County, consisting of 4.1 million square feet.

Other projects have included:  Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club, a $250,000,000 residential/golf course development on 209 acres fronting Biscayne Bay; Ponce Park, a 62,000 square foot retail/flex project in Coral Gables; Plantation Industrial Park, a 130,000 square foot warehouse facility in Broward County; 7600 Red Road, a 53,000 square foot office complex in
South Miami; Milam Commerce Park, a 372,000 square foot industrial project in West Dade; Villa Fontana Apartments in South Miami; River's Edge Apartments in Jacksonville, Florida; and the Coral Haven Apartments, a 232-unit complex in Miami. Future development includes a 156 acre mixed use development in Southwest Dade and a 550,000 square foot project in Miami
Lakes.

Civic and Professional Organizations

Mr. Easton has been actively involved in his community, serving on many boards, including: Trustee of University of Miami and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee, overseeing all real estate interests and acquisitions of the University; past Chairman of The Salvation Army of Dade County; Trustee of Mercy Hospital; past President of the SSJ Mercy Health System, Inc.; past President of the Key Biscayne Athletic Club; and member of the Union Bank Board of Directors. He served as Co-Chairman for the Dade County Finance Committee for the election of Jeb Bush as Governor of the State of Florida.

Professional Associations include: past President of the Miami Board of Realtors, Coral Gables Board of Realtors, National Institute of Real Estate Boards, and The Urban Land Institute.
