Michael Rice is currently Vice President with Easton & Associates, joined the firm in 1992. He specializes primarily in the marketing of Class A Industrial and Land Properties in the West Dade Market since entering the real estate profession.  In addition to general brokerage activities, Michael Rice oversees the leasing and sales of Americas’ Gateway Park,  International Corporate Park, and Lakes Corporate Park, three of Miami’s premier mixed use business parks containing approximately five million square feet of quality product. 

Employment History

Prior to his current position with Easton & Associates, Michael was Vice President with Com Real Miami Inc., from 1979.
