EASTON & ASSOCIATES CO-BROKERS $8.6 MILLION DEAL
Dole Fresh Flowers To Locate At Miami's International Corporate Park
MIAMI - Easton & Associates announces the closing of an $8.6 million sale of 17 acres located in International Corporate Park. The buyer, Dole Fresh Flowers, plans to build a new distribution facility on the site. The seller was Highwoods Properties, the Raleigh, North Carolina-based REIT. Lee Katsikos of the Doran Jason Group and Michael C. Rice, vice president of Easton & Associates, co-brokered the transaction.
The Easton Group's International Corporate Park is the award-winning 300-acre master planned business park located in the Airport West corridor at NW 107th Ave. and NW 19 St. in Miami.
