EASTON & ASSOCIATES CLOSES $2.3 MILLION DEAL
Mia Shoes, Inc. to locate at Miami's International Corporate Park
MIAMI - Easton & Associates is pleased to announce the closing of a $2.3 million sale of 4.43 acres located in International Corporate Park in the Airport West corridor. The buyer, Mia Shoes, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of shoes, plans to move its distribution facility from Medley to its new location.
Michael C. Rice, vice president of Easton & Associates, represented International Corporate Park and Mia Shoes was represented by the DiGiaccomo Group, Inc.
"Mia Shoes is a great addition to the current mix of tenants at International Corporate Park because it's clean industrial and owner-occupied property," said Rice. "Closing this, the Dole Fresh Flowers deal and MCI relocation so close together shows the strength of activity at International Corporate Park. Interest has never been higher."
The Easton Group's International Corporate Park is the award-winning 300-acre master planned business park located in the Airport West corridor at NW 107th Ave. and NW 19 St. in Miami.
