The Easton Group Completes Phase One of Industrial Condo Project at International Corporate Park
Doral, Florida (December 14, 2007) - The Easton Group has completed the first phase of International Corporate Park Center, a 14-acre industrial condominium project located in Doral. Phase one consists of three buildings totaling 112,000 square feet. Eighty-six percent of the units have been sold and delivered to buyers.
When completed, The Business Center at International Corporate Park Center will have eight buildings totaling 220,000 square feet. The entire project contains dock height and street level office-warehouse buildings and some flex units. Bay sizes range from as small as 900 square feet in the street level buildings to 10,400 square feet in the dock height buildings. Construction has already begun on Phase Two, with various units under contract.
The Business Center at International Corporate Park is a $30 million joint venture between a national insurance company and The Easton Group. It's located at the corner of 97th Avenue and 15th Street inside the 300-acre Class-A master planned International Corporate Park.
"We're still seeing a lot of demand for this type of product," said Michael Rice, vice president of The Easton Group. "We expect to fully sell out phase two and deliver units by the end of the 1st quarter of 2008. When that?s completed, we will start a third industrial condo project also in ICP."
