A native of Miami, Kathy pursued a marketing degree at Florida International University. She successfully completed a Bachelors Degree and graduated with a 3.5 grade point average from the College of Business Administration with a minor in International Business.
Employment History
Kathy worked in the travel industry for many years, but decided to start a career in real estate in 1988. Debuted in commercial real estate at Hopkins-Easton, which eventually became Easton & Associates. She has continued to work with Easton for the past seventeen years. During these seventeen years, she has ventured into many aspects of commercial real estate beginning with managing a 100,000 square foot warehouse project. Now specializing in (but not limited to) assisting clients in leasing warehouses, buying and selling warehouses and vacant land to investors, selling "New" construction projects and overlooking build-to-suit projects.
